Slack Wax Definition
Slack wax is raw material of paraffin wax production. It comes from refineries that produces Motor Oil in different specifications. Main component of slack wax is oil and wax and categories by oil percentage. Also, there are 2 major type of slack wax, Heavy slack wax and light slack wax. The difference between these two types is in the melting point. Melting point of Heavy slack wax is higher than light grade. So, to produce light paraffin wax we should use light slack wax.

Slack wax has different types according to the oil content. Because of the existing oil in Slack wax, packing should be very seal and strong. Common packings are new or recondition drums but these days RAHA Group provide another economic packing such as 1200 Kg and 1000 Kg Jumbo Bag, 25 Kg P.P Bag and 25 Kg carton box. Jumbo bag is very reasonable packing for cold season (Not more than 35 Celsius degree) and slack wax with low oil percentage (Not more than 10%).
